Their extensive experience within not only the construction industry but also in client relations & business management, combined with their hands on approach ensures project success and client satisfaction across the board
Angus, with over 15 years in the industry, brings a wealth of knowledge & skill in concreting (Civil, Commercial & Domestic), site and project management, machine operations & business development. Angus, although having a wide span of experience across the construction sector, is known for is specialization in kerb & channel - highlighting his deep understanding and mastery of concrete applications, carving out a niche in the industry known for precision and durability.
With an active interest in innovative construction practices, Angus’s primary focus is now with slipform technology. From operating the slipform paver, to the concrete mix designs and finishing techniques, Angus is leading the way in development of innovative methods in Victoria
Temikka, who grew up immersed in business, transitioned into the construction sector 4 years ago, joining forces with Angus’s established business CBF Concreting. Their vision expanded in 2024, leading to the creation of CBF Cartel Pty Ltd “Construction Beyond the Future” with the primary focus on building a more sustainable concrete construction industry by embracing modern, innovative technology & techniques.
Whilst Temikka spent the first few years in construction expanding her knowledge and skill set both on-site and behind the scenes, she now focuses her efforts on client relations, business development and operational oversight
